Can I change plans later?
You can request an upgrade or a downgrade at any time. A plan change takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), not immediately: until then, your current plan and its workstations stay in place, and an upgrade does not add workstations before that date. No proration, refund or credit is given for the difference in plan price during the current period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer annual discounts?
20% off when billed annually. Enterprise plans are custom and often more favorable.
What happens after my trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial; a payment card is required at sign-up, and you can cancel before the first charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first charge for your plan is made automatically at the end of the trial, and your subscription then renews automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. To cancel, email support@onairflow.store; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first charge within 14 days of that charge (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy, §3.1). Your data and playlists remain intact.
