Refund & Cancellation Policy

On Air Flow LLC – Instrumental Music Streaming Platform

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of subscriptions and refund requests for services provided by ON AIR FLOW LLC ("ON AIR FLOW", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Model

ON AIR FLOW LLC offers recurring monthly and annual subscriptions for access to our instrumental music streaming platform and commercial licensing rights. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and navigating to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations can also be requested by emailing billing@onairflow.store.

2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months or years remaining in your subscription term.

2.3 No Early Termination Fees

We do not charge early termination or cancellation fees. You may cancel at any time without penalty.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new subscriptions (monthly or annual) are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting billing@onairflow.store.

Refunds under the 30-day guarantee will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

3.2 Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in the following limited circumstances:

• Billing errors or duplicate charges caused by our systems
• Extended service outages exceeding our published Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments
• Significant and prolonged degradation of service quality not caused by your network or equipment
• Other exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Requests for refunds outside the 30-day guarantee must be submitted in writing to billing@onairflow.store and will be reviewed within 10 business days.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of the 12-month term, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months. You will continue to have full access until the end of the paid annual period.

5. Account Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in plan pricing for the current billing period.

7. Changes to This Policy

ON AIR FLOW LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our broader Terms of Service and Licensing Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
