Transparent licensing for your business: what our subscription covers, and what your venue still needs.

3.1 Commercial License Scope

100% in-house composed instrumental music (no vocals) owned or controlled by ON AIR FLOW LLC

Your active subscription grants you a commercial license to stream the On Air Flow catalog on the workstations included in your plan, for the uses described below. It does not include public performance (see §3.3).

3.2 What's Included / Not Included

What's Included:

• Offices, open workspaces, coworking spaces, and internal meeting rooms
• Remote and hybrid work environments
• Internal tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom hold music, company intranets)
• Corporate training materials, internal communications, and recorded meetings
• Company retreats, internal events, and employee wellness programs
• Background music in your venues open to the public (hotels, spas, retail, hospitality), provided the venue holds its local public-performance license.

What's NOT Included (unless covered by a specific Enterprise agreement):

• External broadcasting (TV, Radio, public podcasts, public YouTube channels)
• Resale, redistribution, or inclusion in commercial products or services
• Uploading to consumer streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.) or Content ID systems
• Downloading, exporting, or archiving source audio/visual files via the Client API or Client Portal (playback/stream only)

Public-performance license. Depending on the country and the venue, playing music in a space open to the public may require a public-performance license (typically from the local collecting society or PRO). It is not included in, and is never replaced by, your On Air Flow subscription, including under an Enterprise agreement.

3.3 Public Performance & Collecting Societies

• Public performance is not included. Your On Air Flow subscription does not include a public-performance license. Where music is played in premises (including any space open to the public), the venue is responsible for obtaining and paying for the public-performance license(s) required locally (typically from the relevant collecting society or PRO), for example ASCAP, BMI or SESAC (USA), PRS for Music (UK), SACEM (France), ECAD (Brazil), OneMusic (Australia / New Zealand) or IPRS (India). These licenses are separate from, and are not replaced by, your On Air Flow subscription.
• Reporting. Any reporting or declaration required by your local collecting society remains your responsibility under that society's license.
• Internal recordings. Use as background audio in internal recorded meetings and training materials is covered by your license, within the limits of §3.2 and §3.5.
• Your On Air Flow license. Your active subscription is your license for the On Air Flow catalog, for the uses and number of workstations in your plan. It does not replace any license you need from a collecting society.

All audio content, branding, platform design, and APIs are owned or controlled by ON AIR FLOW LLC. The license granted is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of our audio tracks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service.

3.5 Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted: Internal business use, employee wellness programs, focus enhancement, background audio for internal company platforms, recorded internal meetings and training, and background audio in venues open to the public where the venue holds the required local public-performance license.

Prohibited: Public streaming platforms, radio/TV broadcast, commercial resale, sublicensing, modification for redistribution, or claiming authorship of the tracks.

3.6 Compliance & Legal Standing

ON AIR FLOW LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, owns or controls the rights in the content it makes available through the Service and grants you the commercial license described in §3.1–§3.5, subject to the Terms.
