3.1 Commercial License Scope

100% original music owned by ON AIR FLOW LLC

We own the rights to all tracks on our platform, passing the legal safety directly to you. Your active subscription grants you a direct commercial license for the permitted internal business uses described below.

3.2 What's Included / Not Included

What's Included:

• Offices, open workspaces, coworking spaces, and internal meeting rooms
• Remote and hybrid work environments
• Internal tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom hold music, company intranets)
• Corporate training materials, internal communications, and recorded meetings
• Company retreats, internal events, and employee wellness programs

What's NOT Included (unless covered by a specific Enterprise agreement):

• External broadcasting (TV, Radio, public podcasts, public YouTube channels)
• Public performance in retail stores, restaurants, hotels, gyms, or any space open to the general public
• Resale, redistribution, or inclusion in commercial products or services
• Uploading to consumer streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.) or Content ID systems

3.3 What You Don't Need To Do

• No PRO Royalties — No additional fees or royalties owed to Performing Rights Organizations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS, SACEM, etc.).
• No Reporting — Skip the SACEM, ASCAP, or BMI playlist reporting requirements. Your subscription replaces that obligation.
• No Copyright Claims — Safe for internal recorded meetings and training videos without triggering automatic takedowns on internal platforms.
• No Complex Paperwork — Your active subscription is your license. It's that simple.

All audio content, branding, platform design, and APIs are the exclusive property of ON AIR FLOW LLC. The license granted is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of our audio tracks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service.

3.5 Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted: Internal business use, employee wellness programs, focus enhancement, background audio for internal company platforms, recorded internal meetings and training.

Prohibited: Public streaming platforms, radio/TV broadcast, commercial resale, sublicensing, modification for redistribution, or claiming authorship of the tracks.

3.6 Compliance & Legal Standing

ON AIR FLOW LLC complies with international copyright laws. Because all music is licensed or created directly in-house, we eliminate the middleman.
